I would need more information to fully answer your question, but, if you're wanting to work with one set of pictures on two computers - that's a network issue and Picasa doesn't do networks! For me to pursue your question in more detail, you would need to ask in our Geeks on Tour Member's Forum, and you'd need to be a member. Otherwise, you can ask on the Picasa user's forum.

I know this isn't about the above message but I don't know how to get my ? answered. I started with P.2 and updated to P 3. But when I try to load P3 then P2 comes up and everything is all messed up.
Any ideas?
Thanks, Micki Mulkern

Vicki,
We'd love to do that! We did a session via Skype for another group and it went well, but it was tough to teach or demonstrate because they saw our faces and not a Picasa computer screen. I haven't used Sharedview ... would like to try. I'll email you with contact info.

Chris,

I'm from a computer user group in Illinois where I lead a Digital Media special interest group to help members with photography and photo editing, especially beginners.

I would like to discuss the possibility of having you speak to our group about Picasa3 at a meeting early next year via an Internet connection, such as a Skype, SharedView or other program. We have done this rather successfully in the past, connecting with speakers from around the country on various topics.

I use and like Picasa3 myself and have given intro presentations on some of the features, but I would love to have someone with more background and expertise help some in our group get started and answer our questions. I'd like to learn a few tips myself!

Are you interested? This might be a good way to for you to reach more people without traveling! I'll be anxious to hear from you. Vicki
