		<description>There are some fabulous tools in Picasa. We used to use Photoshop Elements on every picture, but hardly ever any more. I did use it the other day to turn a wall from patched unfinished (and tan) sheetrock to all white, but Picasa can do nearly evrything else, and a whole lot faster.</description>
